Life changing product !
I love inositol for it’s quick acting benefits . To calm my mind . Whether in the day time cuz I’m feeling anxiety or waking in the night and can’t stop the racing mind... I take it and my mind calms so I can fall back to sleep peacefully . I even have my husband reaching for it before bed when he’s wound up . It works !
